Get in touch

There is no call centre.

No ticket number, no chatbot and nobody reading from a script. Messages come to us and we answer them ourselves, usually within a couple of days.

Business Findr is run by a small team, so if you have written to us before you are probably writing to the same person again.

The best way to reach us for anything at all — listings, changes, corrections, or a question about your data.

Where we post what we find, usually before it reaches the site. A message there reaches us too. Businesses can also message @joinbusinessfindr.

Before you write

A few things people ask.

Something on my listing is wrong.
Email us and we will fix it. You do not need an account and there is nothing to log into — we make the change ourselves.
I would rather not be listed.
Say so and we will take the profile down. No argument, and you do not have to give a reason.
How do you decide what goes on the site?
We visit first and write afterwards. Nothing goes up from a website and a photograph.

How it works explains the whole process, from a suggestion to a profile going live.

Run a business?

The join form asks the right questions, so it saves a round of emails. Nothing is taken on this site and there is nothing to sign up for.

You do not have to own it to tell us about it, and you do not have to leave your name. Suggestions are how we find half of what we visit.
